Connecting from the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man (Terminal 1) to an international flight (Terminal 1)
Your flight connection at Terminal 1 couldn't be simpler. Just follow the signs for arrivals, pick up your baggage, then make your way to departures and check in as normal for your onward flight.
2. Check inIn Terminal 1 the arrivals and departures area are both on the first floor, so it's just a short walk between them. Check-in zones A - K are clearly marked by illuminated yellow cubes. If you're not sure which zone you need, please consult the information screens near the entrances.
3. Security controlAfter check-in you need to pass through security control. You are advised to do this as early as possible to avoid any delay to your journey. That way you'll know exactly how long you have to relax in the departure lounge, and can enjoy the many shops, bars and cafes before going to your departure gate.
